About the event
We'll address the fundamentals of MovNat, and develop the situational awareness needed to move comfortably, confidently, and safely in an outdoor park environment, even in the winter. We'll focus on progressively improving your balancing skills and increase your coordination in ground movements with this MovNat December Series in the park.
Come dressed comfortably, ideally with a couple layers in case you warm up or the weather cools down.
Note: Please let me know if you will be attending this class. In the event that we cannot meet in the park because of bad weather conditions I will contact you with an alternate indoor location.
