New Seasonal Classes November 2019


Join us for new class offerings next week

With the turn of seasons, I'm happy to share two new seasonal class offerings in my teaching calendar starting next Wednesday, November 6th.  Hope to see you there! 


Wednesday's   8:15 - 8:45 am: natural movement mini flow  Short but packed with a punch, this 30 minute flow class will blend natural movement skills with a focus on agility, endurance, and high quality movement skills.  This class is for you if you want to up your current movement and fitness level, with an emphasis on functional mobility, adaptive agility, core strength, and cardio conditioning.  For a peek into this class see the posted video below.  

Wednesday's   9:00 - 10:00 am:  natural movement fitness A continuation of Monday's ongoing natural movement fitness class.  This class utilizes Feldenkrais principles and natural movement techniques, with a strong emphasis on natural form, quality movement, and dynamic mindfulness.  Movement skills include but are not limited to breathing, ground movement, crawling, sit to stand transitions, balance, gait, jumping, hanging, throwing, catching, lifting and carrying.
